ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / SALES SPECIALIST (Outdoor) - HQ Selangor / Iskandar Puteri, Johor

  • To source and develop new customers and liaise with service existing customers
  • To establish marketing strategies for each targeted market to achieve individual sales target and company goals and objectives
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
  • Responsible for attending sales enquiries, preparation and follow up of quotation and customer feedback
  • Maintain good and strong relationship with customers
  • Follow up on payment collection
  • Posses at least SPM/STPM or equivalent
  • At least 3 years or working experience in the related field, preferably with furniture background
  • Fresh graduate with strong interest to pursue career in sales field can be considered for Sales Specialist position
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin is a must
  • Posses own transport & willing to travel

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Contract) - Manila, Philippines & Jakarta, Indonesia

  • Lead new business oppportunities and setting up meetings with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, Corporate Offices, Industries, Commericals, SOHO (Small Offices/Home Offices) and etc.
  • Lead sales generation through various marketing activities, cold calls and networking
  • Developing sales plan, prospecting/identifiying opportunities, customer presentations and winning opportunities
  • Communicating on product and corporate to prospective lead and clients
  • Coordinate potential lead and client visitation with HQ respresentatives
  • Achieve target in terms of revenue, profitability, collection and other result areas.
  • Providing Management with regular feedback
  • This vacancy is open for local candidates from Philippines and Indonesia
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related working experience, preferably in furniture line or similar industry
  • Able to travel domestically/internationally when required
  • Home based role with high discipline and conducive tools to work (own computer/laptop, internet connectivity, phones and etc)
  • Excellent verbal, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical, business development, project management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer and internet skills
  • Outspoken, confident and engaging
